POSITIVE POSTURE

The Egoscue Method is a physical therapy which helps restore pain free functional movement. SUITABLE for ANYONE & BENEFITS EVERYONE! 

The POSITIVE POSTURE CLASS class focusses on correcting and restoring musculoskeletal balance so your body works well.  The aim is to reduce pain, recurring injuries/weakness and improve flexibility, mobility and function.

If you can’t make the time you can request a recording which you can access for 7 days.  

STRETCH CLASS

My STRETCH CLASS focuses on balanced flexibility and range of movement through simple stretches and yoga. 

FUN DANCE FITNESS

This popular fun packed exercise class boosts confidence, burns calories and builds cardiovascular and motor fitness.  And most importantly it’s a little escape from day to life with an uplifting sound track and like minded people. Simple dance moves suitable for all.

PILOXING 

Piloxing is a group exercise class that blends Pilates and boxercise.   It’s a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements. Take a look.

FULL BODY TONE UP

A full body resistance exercise class using weights, bands, balls and pilates hoops aimed to strengthen and tone.

PILATES/YOGA FLOW

Strengthen body and mind without over working your body and risking injury.  Tone, improve flexibility and well-being in a workout that feels good for the body and soul.

HIIT STYLE STEP AEROBICS

A classic cardio step class with the added boost of HIIT rounds,  FUN, FEARLESS, FITNESS.  Steps provided – MUST BE BOOKED in advance.
