BOOKINGS – Book a block and enjoy a guaranteed space, make a commitment to your health and get a reduced rate for your classes. If you miss a class you will need to catch it up with any other class on offer over the course of the block and you can carry 1 missed class over to the next block and deduct it from your next block payment. In exceptional circumstances eg, illness, family circumstances, holidays etc – we can come to some arrangement x so don’t worry! JUST ASK
